Time On Task: This term refers to billable time. Much like an attorney we only charge for time when we are working on your account. This means that 20 hours for a month is 100% productive. This causes more work to be done in a shorter period of time. An employee might work all week (40 hours) on a project and finish it. This is because she’s taking time off for lunch, breaks, phone calls, checking her personal texts, talking to coworkers, etc. We could potentially finish the same project in 5 hours in two days. Faster turn around, fewer hours, less money spent by you.

Insurance: This is a typical employee expense that you wouldn’t have with our team.

Work Comp: When your annual payroll audit comes around you will not have to include the money paid to our company as we are contractors and not employees. So yet another saving!

Time Off/PTO: When we don’t work we don’t get paid. There are times when we close our offices and we do communicate that in advance with clients so we can plan accordingly.
